Our "light gyoza with Kyoto vegetables" uses plenty of Kyoto vegetables, Mibuna greens and Kujo green onions, and does not contain garlic. We offer a variety of dishes, including our "secret gyoza" with garlic, which is seasoned with carefully selected natural ingredients using a secret recipe that has been passed down for generations, our popular ramen "negi soba," and standard Chinese dishes.
