We have been serving horse meat for over 10 years since we opened. In addition to "Kumamoto horse sashimi" sourced directly from a contracted farm in Kumamoto, this izakaya also offers "horse yakiniku" where customers can grill and eat horse meat, as well as exquisite dishes such as 100% horse meat gyoza, minced meat cutlets, and croquettes. We have a wide variety of horse sashimi available, and we also have a limited amount of rare raw liver.
