KKDAY car rentals are cheaper than renting directly from their official website (about 2/3 of the official website price), and the Chinese interface is easy to understand. The redemption process is quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the in-car navigation only has English and Korean interfaces. Adding a Chinese interface would make it more convenient. Overall, however, it offers good value for money.

The airport shuttle is very convenient. First, go to counter 4 to register at the Lotte counter, and then the staff will direct you to counter 1 to take the shuttle bus to pick up your car. The car has excellent safety features.

The pick-up and drop-off process was simple, and the comprehensive insurance provided some protection against accidents. No one taught me how to use the car; there were no operating instructions on the vehicle itself, so I had to figure it out myself. The car only had an English and Korean interface.
