We were in Mel's group and we loved the tour! We learnt alot about the culture and the 5 different tribes in Sabah. Mel is very patient, cheerful, respectful and friendly. We even made friends with the rest our fellow tour group members which is exciting! We are glad that we went to Mari Mari first in our itinerary, at least we learnt about the lovely Sabah culture before we proceed to explore the other parts of the city!

It was an informative and cultural tour with staff guiding the entire tour. Each group consisted of about 10 people. The tour was leisurely and we also tasted a variety of traditional foods. The overall tour was very comfortable.

The guide who led us to the site was very good in English and spoke in great detail. The pick-up was also on time.

The houses in the cultural village are very carefully arranged and decorated, the explanations given by the tour guides are also very interesting, and there are also some eating, drinking and game activities in between to make the whole process not boring. It was a great experience.

My family and I went to Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur for two nights, and on the last day we went to Mari Mari Cultural Village. The hotel driver and Mari Mari guide Kerry were very kind and did a great job. Our experience in the village was a group trip with Chinese and Korean people, and we were given an explanation of the characteristics of each Sabah culture, and at the end we had lunch together in the morning and watched the ethnic dance. It was raining quite a bit during the morning trip, but it stopped when we arrived at the site, so we didn't need to take care of our umbrellas. When the tour ended and we were leaving, it started raining heavily again. We were very lucky. We were also taken to the airport for the return trip, and returned to KL on an evening flight. It was my first time in Kota Kinabalu, and it was a lot of fun.

Small groups of about 10 people with a guide. Got to try some food and drink during the visit.

The food is so bad. There is nothing to eat. I think you should lower the price and not serve it. Or at least pay a little attention to it.
