New Chitose Airport to Sapporo Hotels | Same-Day Luggage Delivery Service by Airporter

Visiting Sapporo for the first time. Super easy to organise luggage transfer from the airport to our hotel. Allowed us to spend the day exploring the city without our bags.

Shop is easily located at International side. We walked for 5 minutes from Domestic terminal. Very convenient. Just dropped off our luggages and write our name used for hotel reservation. All done in 5 minutes. Luggages were already at hotel by the time we reached there around 6pm. Will book again for our return trip! Note: Have to upload photos of your luggage via the email received before dropping off the luggage. It’s easy to submit.

I have booked this service from a hotel around Odori Koen in Sapporo to New Chitose Airport. I left my luggage with the hotel's lobby, and the Airporter staff came to pick them up, which always kept updated status via email (They are also attached photos of my stuff on every process). Very impressive services.

The first day, I didn't have a place to stay right away, so I sent my luggage and lightened it, sent my schedule, and went to check in. My carrier arrived and it was so comfortable. I wanted to use it on the last day, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use it because my flight time didn't match. I definitely plan to use it next time.

There are many things to do at New Chitose Airport, such as domestic flights, shopping, and eating. On the first day, I went straight to my accommodation, checked in my luggage, lightened up, looked around the airport, and did other things. When I went back to my accommodation in the evening to check in, my luggage had arrived at the same time. It was so convenient, and I wanted to use it on the last day of my trip, but I regretted not being able to use it because my flight time didn't match. I plan to use it again next time.

Please place your luggage at the accommodation counter before 9:00 AM. The staff will collect the package at around 10 o'clock and will send an email to inform you that the goods have been received. At around 2pm, I received another email informing me that my luggage had been delivered to the airport. Very fast. Pickup took some time. Go to the International Terminal 2F Arrival. It is the lobby after passing through customs at Sapporo New Chitose Airport.

It is recommended that those who have children must purchase this service, which saves the trouble of pushing luggage and taking care of children, and you can use the time in between to go shopping and purchase some goods.

Since my flight was in the afternoon, it was really difficult to carry my luggage and do my schedule, but it was so nice to be able to send my luggage in the morning and walk around with my hands free!! It was convenient because it was right next to the ATM machine when I turned around to get my luggage. When I showed my voucher when I checked in my luggage, they recognized me right away. I'm so glad I used their service. I was dizzy thinking about traveling while carrying that heavy luggage! This is really the best!!!!!

You can easily use the luggage delivery service when you exit Sapporo Airport. You can take a ride to the outlet without dragging your heavy luggage. It is really convenient when it snows! Highly recommended!
