Visiting Sapporo for the first time. Super easy to organise luggage transfer from the airport to our hotel. Allowed us to spend the day exploring the city without our bags.

Shop is easily located at International side. We walked for 5 minutes from Domestic terminal. Very convenient. Just dropped off our luggages and write our name used for hotel reservation. All done in 5 minutes. Luggages were already at hotel by the time we reached there around 6pm. Will book again for our return trip! Note: Have to upload photos of your luggage via the email received before dropping off the luggage. It’s easy to submit.

I have booked this service from a hotel around Odori Koen in Sapporo to New Chitose Airport. I left my luggage with the hotel's lobby, and the Airporter staff came to pick them up, which always kept updated status via email (They are also attached photos of my stuff on every process). Very impressive services.

It was so convenient because there was a place to leave your luggage as soon as you entered the country! It was great for traveling with a child since it was a light way to start the trip~ I plan to use it every time I go in the future :)

After checking out, if you leave your luggage at the hotel or put it in a coin locker, you have to pick it up there and head to the airport, but since they take your luggage to the airport first, it's great that you can move around without being tied down by your luggage! They also send you a photo of your luggage when it arrives at the airport, so you can rest assured that it arrived safely.

New Chitose Airport → Watching a baseball game at S-Con Field → Hotel in Sapporo City, so I just went to the hotel with my luggage. It was really convenient not having to carry a suitcase when eating lunch at the airport or traveling by train. There were no problems with dropping off my luggage or picking it up at the hotel.

On the day of a baseball game, I had my suitcase delivered to the hotel ahead of time. I didn't have any trouble locating the luggage check-in area, and checking it in was a breeze. I was also notified by email that my luggage had arrived at the hotel, so it was reassuring. My luggage arrived around 5pm. This service is primarily used by people flying internationally, so although it is a little far from an international flight, I think it is a great service. I will use it again if I have the chance.

It's nice that you can travel light by sending your luggage to the hotel upon arrival at the airport. You can travel to Otaru right away without having to go looking for a coin locker. It's very convenient.
