First stop: Currumbin Zoo. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a zoo in Queensland, Australia, located at 28 Tomewin Street, Currumbin. It was built in 1947. It was listed on the Queensland Heritage List on September 18, 2009. The zoo is famous for its large number of free-flying wild rainbow lorikeets, which come to the zoo to enjoy a special mixed food. The main features of the zoo are Aboriginal performances, koala holding activities, and bird performances.

Second stop: Byron Bay Lighthouse. The Cape Byron Lighthouse Trail is a trail along the coast, ending at the easternmost lighthouse in Australia. You can walk slowly along the way and experience the rainforests, grasslands and beaches along the way. The trail is circular and 3.7 kilometers long.
