It was hot and I was sweating just waiting in line, but I was glad that I was able to get on the ropeway smoothly! I will definitely use the advance reservation service again in the future.

Not only are the scenery and facilities wonderful, but they also offer free dog cart rentals, ice packs and other cooling items for dogs, and the hospitality of the staff is fantastic. I visited during the hot summer months, but I'd like to come back in the winter. I'm also grateful that I was able to purchase tickets at a discount using this app, which allowed me to easily ride the ropeway.

We visited on a family trip. It was 10am on a Monday in late August, so there was no line for the ropeway, and there were just the right number of people at the summit, making for a truly special and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, the clouds obscured Mt. Fuji, but the 360-degree view from the Aqua Ring was liberating! It was a little hot in August, though. The ropeway attendants were very friendly, and the cleaning staff at the summit even greeted us. The lady at the coffee shop even offered to sit at a seat with a great view, so we were very grateful for their excellent service! We thought the ropeway fare was a little high, but the service was worth it, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

It was a wonderful memory for the grandparents and their grandchildren. It was hot, but they seemed to enjoy it. It has changed a lot since the last time we visited, and it's beautiful now.
