This is a sister restaurant of "Unagidokoro Maeno Main Store," which has a history of over 70 years since its founding. We are particular about the three pillars of eel, sauce, and rice, and the technique of splitting the live eels we receive every morning, skewering them, and grilling them over the intense flames of binchotan charcoal is a masterful balance between carefulness and roughness. The traditional sauce has been added to since the restaurant's founding, and its depth has spread over time, while the rice used is carefully selected Koshihikari rice from Iyuzen, Toyama Prefecture.
