Despite the unfortunate weather, I took my dog on a trip to Izu. There are only a few places where you can bring your dog on a rainy day, so I decided to visit this place, just a 15-minute walk from Izukogen Station. You can bring your dog into the museum by carrying him or in a cart. The exhibit on the history of teddy bears was very interesting. Teddy bears from each era were on display, and it was fascinating to see what they were like in each era. On the second floor, there was a Totoro plush toy exhibition. Famous scenes from Totoro were on display, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of Totoro! From the scene of a giant Totoro rising into the sky on a spinning top to the cute character being here?! It was so cute everywhere you looked, I couldn't help but take lots of photos. It was surprisingly a great way to kill time. The cafe and Totoro plush toy making experience are not available with dogs, so I'd like to come back next time with just my own people.
