The most important basic of a hotel is to deliver the room on time. Seemingly a staffing problem, I can't check in until 6pm! Though served a drink, and sincerely apologized! But what's the point?

The room was so clean and beautiful! There were beautiful photo booths in the lobby, perfect for taking so many photos. The complimentary young photographer was very polite and took about 20 minutes of photos in the beautiful lobby. They gave simple posing instructions. The buffet restaurant is a bit cramped, but each table had caviar and foie gras, and the tiramisu they served was delicious!
