Thanks to Mr. Wang Weibing for driving us to Uji and Nara in Kyoto. Mr. Wang's driving skills are very good, smooth and steady. Let our family and children have no discomfort during the trip. (My children are carsick) This time we went to Uji to see the architecture of Byodoin, soaked in Hara Onsen, and fed the deer in Nara Park. Because the children are very interested in everything, we spent more than two hours in Byodoin alone. So the time was delayed by us in the itinerary. Even so, after the Osaka Nara trip, Mr. Wang Weibing was still very enthusiastic to say that he would take us to Shinsaibashi, but because we were really tired, we chose to go directly back to the hotel. Next time I have a chance, I will definitely ask Mr. Wang to take us to visit Osaka and Kyoto attractions. PS The deer in Nara are really fierce~ My husband's white clothes were bitten black 😱

The itinerary was very good. We could leave our luggage there, and we were picked up in Kyoto. We returned to Osaka, went to Uji first, then went to the hot springs, and finally to Nara. We had plenty of time to visit each place. The driver also served as a tour guide. He could speak Chinese, which made communication easy and he was very polite. Thank you.

Although this trip can be boarded in Kyoto, the information did not state that the return trip can only return to Osaka. The local tour guide only informed me of this after I boarded the bus that day. I immediately called the customer service to inquire, and the customer service simply responded: "So there is no need to take you back to Kyoto? I will confirm and reply." I explained to the customer service that I was with a child and it was quite inconvenient to move, and asked the fastest time to receive a reply. The other party only said "please wait patiently" and there was no further contact. At the same time, the local tour guide also tried to contact KKday customer service, but also received no response. In the end, it was the tour guide who took the initiative to assist in discussing with me, took me and the child to Uji Station, and helped to buy tickets. I took the bus and transferred all the way back to Kyoto. It was not until 6:30 in the evening that I received an email reply from KKday, which read: "After reporting the return trip issue, the supplier replied that the ticket has been purchased for your return trip. Please forgive me for any inconvenience. Thank you." From reporting the problem at more than ten o'clock in the morning to receiving such a result at 6:30 in the evening, I can only say that I am really disappointed.
