Salsa was absolutely the best tour guide I've ever had! She was genuine, thoughtful, and quick to respond. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the locations and had a great time pacing our trip, making our trip truly memorable! I highly recommend this three-day, two-night itinerary; it also makes the trip to Bali a breeze!

It was my first time to visit Surabaya, Indonesia, and I took a three-day and two-night trip on kkday. I would like to thank our tour guide Salsa for helping us complete our first trip to Indonesia. She was very enthusiastic throughout the trip, making us feel the friendliness of the locals, and the itinerary was well controlled. As the group members did not usually go hiking, Salsa was able to give us appropriate encouragement without rushing us, which made us feel free throughout the trip and brought us wonderful memories of this trip.

Our tour guide was Nita, and she took great care of us throughout the three days. She is smart and enthusiastic, with great attention to detail and a sense of humor that makes the entire trip a lighthearted and enjoyable experience. Nita introduced the local culture, religion, customs, volcanoes and other aspects of knowledge very carefully. No matter what questions we asked, she could patiently answer them. Especially at Mount Bromo, she knew the best photo spots and helped us take many beautiful photos, which made people feel very reliable and reassuring. Although we failed to summit Mount Ijen due to fog and physical condition, the scenery along the way was still charming and this unique volcanic terrain is definitely worth a visit.
