We went as a family with an 8 years old boy and the entire tour was seamless from start to finish, adhering strictly to the time and itenary. We were very lucky we got to see Mount Fuji with a clear and unobstructed view when we were inside the bus about to reach the first destinations, after that, it was obstructed for the rest of the day. The tour bus was super comfortable, spacious, clean and aircon was powerful. Our tour guide was Sakuraki and he did a fantastic job narrating in English and Chinese as was very informative and knowledgeable.

This was a well thought-out day trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide spoke fluent English and Chinese. If you follow their advice about which step to do first on each stop, then you will be able to do what you want and not feel rushed. Besides the mountain itself, things to look for are fresh roadside Fuji apples, a unique brand of soft-serve ice cream, hungry swans, and a 20 story cardio climb. ☆☆☆☆☆/5

Mt. Fuji truly graced us with all its grandeur and magnificence – we were lucky to have clear views and plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day. It was a really good day filled with stunning scenery and unforgettable moments. A special highlight of the trip was our guide, Will. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and entertaining, always happy to share interesting facts and stories that added so much to the experience. His energy and enthusiasm made the day even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun-filled adventure and a perfect way to experience the beauty of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended!

All the places too nice, the tour guide was also very interesting, polite and responsible. I highly recommend every attraction. They are all beautiful. We went to Yamanakako and Kawaguchiko.

The weather was very bad but the tour guide was fantastic with his knowledge and helpfulness. It makes the tour worth the money.

The tour was well planned and timing was evenly spaced. Blair was an excellent tour guide pointing out some facts and histories about places and Mt. Fuji. She is very well versed and she knows a lot of stuff. She is also very kind and manages time well.

Will (guide) was humourous and he gave detailed explanation on the visiting points. Mr Mori (driver) was careful in driving; when he realised there is a major traffic jam ahead, he took the entire group to a rest point for toilet break before travelling back. The tour itself is good, we reached the lake w cherry blossomed. The last leg of the tour was about 1.5-2 hrs walk, so it might not be suitable for person that can't walk long distance overall, I would recommend this tour if there is not enough time to plan own trip around Mt Fuji area

On our way to Kawaguchi, Mt Fuji was a little covered by clouds, but we stayed hopeful and we had clear skies from noon onwards! It was absolutely beautiful and we got good shots of the mountain from different points in the area. We were very lucky! Ethan was our guide for the trip. He was very helpful and made sure to check with all travellers in advance regarding where to meet up and what to look for. Since our trip has only-English speakers and only-Chinese speakers, he made sure to give explanations in both languages to provide the ultimate experience for all. He was also very engaging with everyone, making good small talk with everyone. He even made sure to give us recommendations on the food stalls in different destinations, including where to go and what to eat in Tokyo! An overall excellent experience, and I highly recommend.

The itinerary was well-planned, and the guide was very conscientious in his instructions. It was cloudy in the morning, so I couldn't see the mountain, but the lake under the blue sky and white clouds was beautiful. The ice cream the guide recommended was also delicious! It rained a bit after lunch, but we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji just before leaving. I highly recommend this tour!
