without KK at the arrival I waited 2 hours(!!!!!!) in line to be processed by passport controls.. on departure I used KK and I had only a family in front of me!It took me three minutes!So totally worth it

Good service at Tan Son Nhat, I arrived early and found that the immigration is full of people. Luckily I purchased the fast track service and was able to clear immigration within 10 minutes. Recommended for people who want to clear immigration fast. Disappointed that Vietnam International airport is so inefficient.

It was my first time using fast track and it was so great! I was really nervous because it was my first overseas trip in a while, but my family was happy after using fast track ㅋㅋㅋ It was so convenient to be able to quickly get out of the airport...

Well worth the money. You need to look closely for your name in the many cards that are being held up in the arrival area. It is not immediately obvious. This option used Lane 4 the ‘slowest’ fast track but we were through immigration in less than 30 mins. The normal immigration queues were huge! Would definitely have taken 1-2 hours to get through! We arrived at 14:15 so if you arrive very early in the morning or very late at night the time taken through the normal may be significantly less. We were so glad we chose to pay for the fast track!!

After a long trip coming home you don’t want to stand for over an hour in the immigration line. I can highly recommend the service!
