It was great! It's very easy to communicate and fast response. If you are someone with so much worry (like me) and like everything to be prepared beforehand, and has so many question, and hate waiting for long que (but hate cutting the line like a caveman). This is how you do it. You won't regret it.

I purchased the premium (extra vip lane) for arrival & departure. This is a must in my opinion. The arrival at 2:30pm was madness queues snaking to hundreds. Note that there still need queue 20 pax in front of me at this super express lane. The standard fast lane is double abt 40pax. Mind you, very bad experience was that after the 20mins queue, I was refused by the immigration officer who said I must have IBAN card. She just firmly refused and asked me to go back normal queue. Luckily I was able to find the representative who held up my name placard. Imagine if I cant find her. She brought me AGAIN to the officer counter and talking in Vietnamese showing my name's listed in her print out paper before the officer willing to process my exit. Phewwww..... be careful and remember the face of your representative in case this happens to you, as there were 3 others rejected same reas

Tried for Departure for 2 persons. Booked 1 day before. They contacted me on whatsapp. Instructions/communication was clear. Escorted to priority immigration clearance with a short Q. The normal Q was very full. Glad I used it.

We were family of 6 people including kids. We managed to finish within 10min, it was def the good idea!

The immigration is stupidly long just pay an extra to exit faster

Great service! Good service, apparently only up to the immigration queue, not including the express queue for baggage check, but that's okay, this is good enough, will buy again later for the next flight, highly recommended!
