I used it on both the way there and back. I never knew not having a suitcase was so convenient! I had to go to the hotel to leave my suitcase there, and when I returned to get it, so I was able to use my time effectively. The staff were kind and everything went smoothly. I would like to use it every time. I wish it was on international flights...

This was my first time using this service, and it was very convenient! Every time, I had to leave my luggage at the hotel and go shopping from there, which was more troublesome than I thought and took up a lot of time, so I was very grateful for this service. I used it at Gimpo Airport, and the counter was in the domestic terminal, so it was a little difficult to find, but I asked the information desk and found it right away, so it wasn't a problem. However, the Jim Carrey receptionist didn't seem to speak any Japanese (maybe it was just a coincidence?), so I think communication will be in Korean or English. My luggage was delivered to the hotel safely, and I would definitely use this service again next time.

I had to go to the domestic terminal at Gimpo Airport, so I left my luggage at Seoul Station! The store was right next to the advance check-in entrance, so I found it right away ^^ It was delivered to my accommodation safely.

The counter staff at Gimpo Airport were very friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. Although it was a bit of a hassle to enter all the information when booking, the benefits of being able to let go of your luggage at the airport and be active from the first day of your trip are priceless.

The customer service solved the language restriction of the official website and the uncertainty of the system. It was great.

It eliminates the inconvenience of operating on the pipe network system, and I feel at ease with someone to convey the message. After checking out, I encountered a problem when uploading photos to the official website, and the customer service staff responded very quickly. I was very nervous when I used it for the first time, but I won’t be afraid next time! It's great to go to the airport empty-handed

Since I was with my child, it was a long way from the international flight to the domestic flight, but they accepted us smoothly even though we arrived earlier than expected. They also informed us of the expected arrival time at the hotel (although I'm not sure if we arrived on time because we checked in much later than that), and of course our luggage arrived at the hotel without any problems. I would like to use this service again.

It was a pain to go to the domestic terminal to collect my suitcase. I wish they would set up collection booths at international terminals as well.

I was glad to find a service from the hotel to Gimpo Airport during this time, but I had to pick it up at the domestic terminal instead of the international terminal. Still, I was relieved to receive answers to many of my questions. I hope the service to international terminals returns soon.

On the last day of my trip to Korea, I requested delivery from the hotel to Gimpo Airport. I was a bit worried at first, but I was relieved to see that it was delivered to the airport and I'm glad I used their service. I gave it 4 stars because my luggage was delivered to the domestic terminal at Gimpo Airport, even though I was returning to Osaka on an international flight. I had to take a bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, pick up my luggage, and then take a bus back to the international terminal. I thought that was a hassle, but it was nice to be able to go shopping empty-handed on my last day.
