It is convenient to pick up tickets at Nishitetsu Tenjin Station, but you must pick up the tickets on the day of use. You cannot pick up the tickets in advance. When entering or leaving the station, show the ticket package to the station staff and go through the manual ticket inspection next to it. When you get out of Yanagawa Station, the staff at the ferry terminal will guide you to the shuttle bus. You don’t even need to check the map navigation. It is really convenient.
