We exchanged tickets at the station service window at the Mitsukoshi entrance of Nishitetsu (Tenjin) Station, and took the train from Nishitetsu (Tenjin) Station to Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station. After getting off the train, the service staff instructed us to take the shuttle bus to the boat gate. The boat ride took about 1 hour, and after getting off the boat, there was a shuttle bus to the station. Then we took the bus from Nishitetsu Yanagawa to Futsukaichi and changed to Dazaifu. After the train was finished, we went from Dazaifu to Futsukaichi and changed to return to Nishitetsu (Tenjin Station).
