The promotion is good but it'd be great if the code is shown to me on the app immediately after payment and saves me the trouble of jumping through hoops of getting in my email just to get a simple code since I was at the bus stop getting ready to boarding. Also, the date for the trip to buy this code should be more flexible, say like within the promotion period, or within a month, instead of me having to specify the specific date. That way, I could buy the code in advance, and take the bus ride whenever I want within that period of validity, giving me a lot more flexibility and stress free.

It's easy to use; just scan a QR code. The seats are comfortable. If there are many people, remember to queue up early to get a seat.
