So glad we did this. First time visit to Japan for family of 5 so wanted to have no stress to get to the accommodation after flying in.

Service was excellent from start till end. They contacted in advance, giving detailed information as to where to meet up with driver, description of the vehicle as well as driver's contact. Upon meeting up with the driver, he asked us to board the vehicle while he moved all the luggages up to the vehicle. Ride was smooth as silk with minimal bumps along the way. Excellent service. One point to improve is to inform customer if they are going to contact via WhatsApp as product details indicated LINE or Wechat. Had to make some verification via Kkday app before continuing with the communication with the customer service via WhatsApp. Will book again.
