Yesterday's Cantonese dim sum all-you-can-eat experience at Yee Lai Hotel was the most amazing tea-drinking memory in recent years! From the classic dim sum to the service details, they are full of ingenuity, especially the "hand-beaten beef ball", which directly awakens the memory in one bite - rich beef juice bursts between the teeth, the meat is firm and elastic, completely recreating the standard of top teahouses ten years ago! The shrimp dumplings and siu-mai are also made with real ingredients. The thin-skinned and stuffed large shrimp dumplings hide fresh and sweet shrimp (shrimp dumplings are as big as a fist). The siu-mai is full of meat. These two alone are worth the price. Particularly appreciate their traditional dim sum cart and dim sum paper double-track design: there is no need to run from your seat, the hot steamer is delivered to the table by a dedicated cart, which is both nostalgic ceremony and relaxed elegance. The environment is elegantly decorated and comfortable, staff are configured about one person every five tables, raise their hands to greet immediately, the service is attentive and not excessively disturbing. Although the location of Yet Lai Hotel is a little inconvenient, you can actually get there from Tsuen Wan Station via the Tsuen Chang shopping malls across the bridge, and it's not that hot.
