We bake our speciality breads every day, including croissants and campagne made primarily with Hokkaido and organic wheat, wood-fired bagels, cream buns cooked with eggs from contracted farmers, and highly hydrated rustic bean paste and butter. The restaurant serves ``croissants'' and ``eggs Benedict'' for breakfast, and ``IEN Burger'' for lunch, with bread baked separately for the restaurant. For dinner, enjoy food and bread that go well with wine.
