At Hitsujinoki, the restaurant serves the original Jingisukan, which is made by grilling carefully selected lamb in a traditional Beijing iron pan called "Aburiko" and tasting it with 12 types of sauce and spices. In addition to Jingisukan, Hitsujinoki, where you can enjoy the finest Jingisukan, also serves lamb bone ramen. The one-of-a-kind lamb bone ramen combines a rich soup made from 100% lamb without using any pork or chicken bones with a blend of three types of miso, and the spicy lamb curry is also excellent!
