I placed the order the morning before. After placing the order, I learned that our hotel was not within the connection range. I immediately negotiated with the customer service, but they were unwilling to refund the money. It was only a few hours from the time I placed the order to the time I got in touch with the merchant. As soon as I learned that the connection could not be made, I expressed my desire for a refund. However, the merchant still insisted on the policy of no refund within 24 hours and charged the full amount. I hope everyone will take this as a warning and be sure to read carefully before placing an order.
