The itinerary of this "Shiga Lake Biwa Day Tour" is quite rich and leisurely. When you actually go to these attractions, you will find that they are 100 times more beautiful than in the photos, such as the fairyland-like Lake Biwa Observatory and the Sarasa Makino Plateau Hot Spring that looks like Switzerland in Europe. The handsome tour guide NickLee is friendly and professional, proficient in Chinese, English and Japanese, making the whole day's journey full of pleasure and peace of mind. It is a highly recommended tour guide and itinerary.

The itinerary was well arranged and perfect. The scenery of Lake Biwa was stunning as shown in the photos. Our tour leader CC also did her best to give us a good experience. We were the only one in the group who chose Chinese. CC tried her best to introduce various places and attractions to us in the form of Chinese and English, perfectly taking care of the needs of every traveler. The time allocated for free activities was also very reasonable. Everyone had plenty of time to wander around the attractions, take photos, check in, etc. CC also took the initiative to offer to take group photos for our family. His skills were very professional, leaving us with very good memories of this trip. For the afternoon trip, since we were the only ones who chose to take a hot spring bath, CC asked the driver to take us to the destination first. It was a very authentic place, and the staff did not speak English. CC informed us of the precautions and assisted us in purchasing tickets before taking other group members to their destinations. The clerk knew that we couldn't speak Japanese but still entertained us very warmly and suggested that we use the speech function of Google Translate to better communicate with the clerk. The hot spring is divided into three parts: men's bath, women's bath and a shared massage pool. Both the men's and women's baths are naked. Locals usually bring their own towels, but they can also rent them when purchasing tickets. Other grooming and beauty products are also available for purchase. Shampoo and shower gel are already provided in the bathing area at no extra charge. The massage pool for both men and women needs to be purchased separately, and guests are required to wear their own swimsuits to enter. If interested, you can directly purchase tickets for the men's and women's baths + massage pools at the ticket machine. It is worth mentioning that they only accept cash and people with tattoos are not admitted. After soaking, you can go to the cafeteria next door to eat something when you leave. There are a lot of choices, including staple foods such as rice bowls, soba noodles, and udon, as well as snacks such as fried chicken and tempura, all at a reasonable price. ps The clerk at the hot spring shop was really cute and friendly. She tried her best to communicate with us using the English words she knew. When she learned that we didn't have a towel, she immediately arranged one for us. She also told us to take our time soaking and that we could pay when we left. Then, when she saw that I didn't have a rubber band to tie up my hair, she ran out to find one for me.

The driver was very kind, but the platform was very unprofessional. We traveled a long way to find that the farm hot springs were closed. It was a waste of money and time. It was infuriating and disappointing! I gave one star because the driver was nice, otherwise it would not be worth one star. So far, kkday has not made any statement or solution!
