Very impressed by the excellent customer services when I checked in at the Cafe Counter. They appeared with friendly and warm smiles. Especially one of the lady with white shirt. She appeared with happy and cheerful smiles. She guide me to the table directly! There are a lot of choices of variety food, e.g. Japanese corner with fresh sashimi, 🍣, cold seafood 🦞, prawns , snow crab, fresh USA Oyster, etc, I love the Japanese beef (佐賀牛）corner and Shabu Shabu (松板黑毛豬）pork , a lot of choices of different hot dishes n deserts too. You can ask the chef to write the words on the plate on request. The services are very professional, attentive, spontaneous and excellent! Thank you very much especially for Kelvin and Jim! Also the waiters and waitress, the chefs in the food counters are very nice and helpful too! Definitely I will come back very soon!

Very comfortable and spacious for dinner. Celebration of my hubby ‘s birthday

It's exactly as described. They've got everything ~ lobster, wagyu, Argentinian red shrimp, oysters, all fancy ingredients. With that said, the banoffee pie was my MVP. It's really a steal for $4**. Will definitely come again. The only downfall ~ the restaurant's a bit crowded and sometimes there's a queue for food.

Food not that much selection

It’s been quite a time not going to this buffet, it’s surprisingly the food quality is better and the price of KK day selling is really attractive. However, the restaurant need to receive 10% service charge nearly at the end of the buffet but it is not stated when I did the booking. I hope the KK day can write it clearly. Anyway, it is enjoyable experience gathering with friends.

Meal for 4. Price was reasonable but food selections is minimal

We took the early shift which was not crowded and we had a relaxed meal. Price was lower than Dec though no fresh oyster this time.

Good value for money to take the 5pm shift. Oysters, wagyu are available.

Many different variety.

Took the early shift (5-7 pm), very relaxed and no need to fight for the more popular food, as the place was only ~20% filled. It became more busy when the 6pm shift arrive. Considering the discounted price paid for the early shift, the quality and variety of food is very good. Great variety of desserts. Only dissatisfaction was that the portion of sashimi dished out was shockingly tiny.
