I want people to enjoy eating good meat and good offal in a delicious way. ~The thoughts of an owner from a downtown area~ In the town where I grew up, there was a yakiniku restaurant that the whole family would always go to. On special occasions like sports days, recitals, graduation ceremonies, and birthdays, the whole family would always gather together to eat meat and smile. I want to create a restaurant like that. This restaurant was started with that thought in mind. With the recent rise in food prices, prices at yakiniku restaurants have also risen.
