Traditional Okinawan cuisine including Nakijin Agoo and Agu pork shabu-shabu. The oldest pig in Japan was discovered in an archaeological site in Okinawa Prefecture about 7,200 years ago, and the Nakijin Agoo is said to be the one that has inherited the closest genes to it. This is one of the few restaurants in Okinawa where you can enjoy Okinawan Agu pork, including Nakijin Agoo, in traditional Okinawan cuisine.
