Using Tottori (Manyo beef) and Shimane Wagyu beef, which Sanin is proud of, we have been patronized by local customers for over 50 years. Our specialty is the "traditional miso sauce." It has been passed down since the restaurant's founding, and it brings out the flavor and deliciousness of the meat. We have mainly table seats for 4 people and counter seats for 1 or 2 people.
