For the high-speed rail transfer between Zuoying and Donggang, the voucher said the taxi company would contact us, but they never did. The driver even asked me loudly from the cab if I was on a high-speed rail holiday, saying I didn't have to pay, right?! It felt unclear what was going on. The seven-passenger van must have been packed before it departed. KADY's online customer service was incredibly slow to respond, and no one answered my phone calls. This is a priority area for improvement. Also, the high-speed rail ticket didn't have a note saying you couldn't pick it up inside the station or at the convenience store. I almost missed my train. I think this needs to be a customer reminder! Everything else was fine!

We set off from Taipei early in the morning and caught the high-speed train heading south. Xiaoliuqiu is not big, and it only takes about half an hour to go around, but we stopped as we walked, and from time to time we were attracted by the turtle warning signs on the roadside or the spectacular coral reefs and stopped to take pictures. From high-speed rail, to boat, to motorcycle, this journey is like a transition from reality to dream. Each transition of transportation is like a checkpoint, allowing people to slowly unload the daily busyness and pressure, and truly prepare for a period of time to live with the sea. PS: The dispatched car from Donggang to Zuoying was very bad. It kept talking and walking a long way along the way, and kept asking me for money next time, which was the biggest failure of the trip.
