The yoga experience was relaxing. The beer tasting was quite enjoyable. The amethyst mine exploration was refreshing in the summer. The beach walk was refreshing and worth the trip.

The vegetarian meal that followed was refreshing and energizing, leaving us feeling like we were rebooting. Next, we had beer tasting. From the aroma to the taste, each glass was imbued with the brewer's care, leaving us feeling truly relaxed. Entering the amethyst cave on a summer day felt like stepping into another, cool world. The power of nature needs no embellishment. Next, we were mesmerized by the large-scale model exhibition assembled from discarded car parts. Each piece was more than just a work of art; it was a statement about environmental protection and creativity, leaving us in deep admiration for the creators' ingenuity. The subsequent beach stroll was also a popular spot for Instagrammers. We did yoga and meditation at Vanastha, and then took a barefoot walk in the woods with our teacher, feeling the warmth of nature and our own breath. We finished off with a delicious vegetarian lunch! Then we went to the brewery to try some beer and tour the brewery. It was a truly enjoyable experience for both body and soul. It was amazing!

I really enjoyed the two experiences in the itinerary, Vanastha - a forest health center near Big Rock Lake and TREVIER - a local craft brewery. It was a day of walking around in nature and healing. I recommend it
