Truffle-flavored stir-fried green vegetables and mushrooms / Shoro Shohaku Chosei * "Shohaku Chosei" means something like an evergreen tree, and is a beautiful name for a green vegetable dish.

Vegetarian dish with Chengdu-style spicy sauce / Rongchengkou Shui Ji (small) *No meat used, a popular Sichuan dish recreated using plant-based ingredients

Boiled vegetable meatballs with soy sauce flavor and vegetables / Red roasted lion head *Made with plant-based ingredients (soybeans and konjac)

Plant-based crab-flavored winter melon / Crab miso *Real crab miso is not used, but is reproduced with plant-based ingredients

Thickened soup with amaranth and tofu / White onion soup

Savory sesame sauce noodles / Majanmen *Made with a rich sauce based on peanuts and sesame

This menu can be reserved for up to 8 people. Food portions will be adjusted according to the number of people. For 9-12 people: 2 additional items will be added to the menu.
