I would like to express my gratitude to Joy Lin, the front desk supervisor of this hotel. This is my third time staying in this hotel. She was very attentive when I stayed in the hotel before. She sent a text message to ask us if we were satisfied with the room every time we checked in. Of course, this time was no exception. She showed a very high professional attitude, was warm and friendly, always smiling, and responded to our needs carefully.
