I arrived and switched the SIM card, but it still didn't work. I contacted kkday and they told me to send a screenshot of the screen via LINE, so I did, but there was no response, which was very frustrating. I contacted them at 1:26 PM and finally got a reply at 7:56 PM. Seven minutes later, they unilaterally ended the conversation, saying, "We'll close the chat for now, but if you contact us, we'll respond again. Please check and contact us when you have time." I was out, so I didn't check LINE until I got back to the hotel, around 8 PM. It was pointless to arrive and still not be able to use it. Their response was so slow, and I was shocked that they ended the conversation without waiting for my reply. I assumed the problem was due to an incorrect APN, so if they'd just told me the correct APN, it would have worked right away. Why didn't they reply at all? I searched for the APN over Wi-Fi. The kkday help center staff only told me to wait for a response from the company. They seemed like they were just acting as a middleman, not even remotely knowledgeable about the internet. They should have had some product knowledge when selling. I want my money back.
