Wide food selection, 360 degree view of Kuala Lumpur and Petronas Tower, free entry to observation deck after meal. Excellent value!

We really enjoyed all of the foods in the Hi Tea Buffet - most especially the ice cream corner 😊🤍 Thanks also for giving cake and singing happy bday to my mom.

The food spread is just average but the view is nice. However, there is one thing that need to be taken note of. I booked the 4 pm session thinking that the it's for 4 to 6 pm dining period. But NO! Only upon arrival that I notice that dining is only until 5 pm! My family of 7 had to dine in a rush just so that we can exit on time. That's quite a disappointing experience for us. We didn't really get to enjoy our food and didn't had a full KL view while dining at the rotating restaurant.

I thought the food would be really bad after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. However, some dishes were indeed not very tasty, but not to the point of being inedible. The view was excellent, and the service was also very good. They would make sure your cup was always full. Other reviews mentioned that the two-person tables were too small, and I felt that they really were small. However, the staff kept coming over to clear the empty plates from the table, so I didn't feel uncomfortable eating because of the small table. Some other reviews mentioned that the counter didn't accept KKDay QR codes, which is true. The process is that when you book your tickets on KKDay, you will be asked to fill in your name. Go to counter number 5 at KL Tower (opposite to a souvenir shop called Edibee behind the main entrance). They will check your name to exchange for their QR code (a piece of paper). Queue up 15 minutes before your reservation time to take the elevator. They will first take you to the observation deck at TH01. When your time comes, go to the elevator area, and the staff will take you up one flight of stairs to the restaurant floor at TH02.
