瑞普利水族館於2013年對外開放，位於國家電視塔旁，展出一萬六千多條海洋及淡水動物。這裡有全北美最長的觀鯊魚隧道、全世界最大的水母營地，每天還有潛水錶演。水族館分為世界水域（Waters of The World）、加拿大水域展區（Canadian Waters Gallery）、彩虹礁石 （Rainbow Reef）、水母星球（Planet Jellies）、生命支撐區（Life Support System）、危險湖（Dagerrous Lagoon）和鰩魚灣（Ray Bay）等。
