Conveniently located, the walk to the next galaxy is probably only 5 minutes away. The hotel was clean and tidy inside, the hotel also helped us upgrade to the sea view room for free, very comfortable, the only thing is really worse soundproofing, outside closing the door and opening the door will actually hear inside, but I think for this price nothing to be picky. The water dance room is very nice, and the seats arranged by the computer are good (fifth row). Would recommend others to purchase 👍

Previously I saw a YouTuber introducing the water dance room and kkday package plan, this time with an older family, so expect a simple itinerary, summer vacation discount package is a good choice. Overall part of the hotel: I guess because of the YouTuber's introduction, more people booked the British Yacht Club hotel, so the day I purchased only the Royal Palace luxury apartment hotel left, somehow even know not a blessing. Seeing what others have been saying about British Yacht Club hotels, it feels like Junle seems to be better. Both hotels were built at about the same time, and the design of the British Yacht Club Hotel should be more aesthetically pleasing. But Jun Lek Royal is an apartment-style hotel, with a bedroom and a living room (with a two-seater small sofa), plus a soft cushion on the windowsill for lying down, very relaxing. Have seen had reviews of guests that the room smells of smoke or easy nasal allergies, I also needed to take allergy medicine that day, I do not know if the air conditioning circulation system problem, or the fabric items in the room related. It is worth mentioning that maybe the hotel is close to Galaxy Integrated Resort City, and the price is not expensive, indeed there are many mainlanders like to live, and they mostly smoke, before booking can consider this will affect you? Hotel Service: The hotel was scheduled to check in at 3:00, and after we arrived at about 2:30 we saw a lot of people checking in and the staff was willing to let us claim our room early. Staff communicate primarily in Mandarin and Cantonese and a $500 deposit is required per room upon check-in, with the option of paying in cash or credit card and processing and retrieving the deposit upon check-out. If payment is made in cash, staff will provide a deposit receipt, remember to keep it properly and have the return deposit processed by the payer at the front desk. The staff was great and we were upgraded to a sea/river view room with beautiful views. Since there were elderly people traveling with me, I spoke to the staff, who immediately understood and assisted me in arranging two non-smoking rooms next to the elevator, which was good service. Hotel rooms: The rooms have one bedroom and one living room, normal size toilet, shower tub inside, basic toiletries and cleaning supplies provided. The beds are two single beds, but also very large, feel the single bed also has 3 feet. Very satisfied with the bath supplies 👍 very fragrant, forgot to take a picture of what brand. The tiles on the floor of the shower room are indeed rusty, but they don't affect the use very much. Facilities near the hotel: There is a small office near the hotel where you can procure some water or snacks, etc., more like a mainland taxi. Across from the hotel is already another hotel in Galaxy, about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Broadway Hotel, and immediately along their newly built pedestrian overpass to Galaxy Integrated Resort City. Water Dance Room Part: The show was exciting, the hotel is about 8-10 minutes taxi ride from New Casino, we paid about $40 fare.

The electronic ticket of the House of Dancing Water is easy to use. The hotel is located on a high floor with a good view and comfortable room environment.

The package includes accommodation and two tickets to the House of Dancing Water. It's really great. The room has an upgraded river view for the front desk. It's a beautiful view and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful! But unfortunately, it turned out that adding an extra blanket would cost an extra $250! Maybe I am not well-informed, but I didn't know much about it when I heard it.

It was my first time to watch the House of Dancing Water. It was an amazing performance. The Grand Park Hotel is also conveniently located.

Because this trip was for me and my daughter to celebrate her birthday, so very politely took the initiative to ask if I could upgrade to a room with a bathtub for my daughter to bathe, customer service understood, upgrade successfully. At night after watching the water dance room, eating cup noodles without fork or chopsticks, so down the counter to ask, customer service private gave him the usual takeaway chopsticks, dedicated service. In addition, my mother's room air conditioner could not set the high temperature, sent an engineer up to fix it, although they could not set the right temperature, but at least tried their best. Although a 3 star hotel, the service is really 5 stars.

The House of Dancing Water is very exciting. The hotel also has good service, clean and considerate. I will stay there again next time.
