We are proud of our motsunabe, made with extremely fresh domestic beef offal, procured through our own unique route! You can choose from four types: soy sauce, salt, miso, and kimchi, which is only available from May to September. If you don't like offal, you can also change to chicken. We also recommend dishes made with fresh horse meat, such as grilled horse string, liver sashimi, and horse meat sashimi, as well as the carefully-made fried chicken from the popular fried chicken restaurant "Ume-chanchi." The relaxing Japanese space is equipped with tatami seating and fully equipped private rooms. It can be used for a wide range of occasions, such as with families or when sightseeing.
