小皇宮就在大皇宮的對面，同樣為1900年巴黎世博會而建造的，當年主要展示法國美術作品，如今是小皇宮美術館，展品以中世紀文藝復興到19世紀的作品為主。小皇宮圍繞一座花園展開，宮內以大量壁畫和穹頂畫進行裝飾，值得留意的是大廳左側天花板上的法國歷史場景以及右側天花板上的幻想音樂等。
