The staff are very nice and i was arranged the window seat with a pleasant ancient Japanese garden view. The way of making tofu with different traditional Japanese ingredients such as miso and soya sauce are interesting. However it’s a bit dull to only have tofu, suggest can add more ingredients which match with the tofu.
