The hotel staff was very good and arranged the arrangements for us, making the birthday celebration a joy.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station and is great! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, with a large bathroom (well-furnished) and a large bathtub (with bath salts). The room was quiet at night, and the Chinese dinner was excellent! I'd definitely stay here again!

MTR station(寶田一路exit C) is just outside. Can get to the hotel directly from HK. There are swimming pool and gym room, which suitable for family and couple.

The food, accommodation and service are all very good. The room is clean and quiet, the buffet has a wide range of options, the staff are very polite, and the transportation is convenient. The only problem is that the dining area is a bit cramped.

Package Chinese food! The pigeon was delicious, crispy, and juicy! The sea bass was fresh but too bland! Everything else was acceptable, but the portions were a bit small! Without the vegetables, you need to add an extra side dish for ¥39!

The hotel's customer service was excellent! The housekeeping staff was polite! The room and bathroom were clean! It faced the pool, but unfortunately, the pool and gym weren't reserved for hotel guests; they were shared with outsiders. They were especially inconvenient because they were hosting swimming classes and fitness classes for outsiders. The breakfast and buffet were both acceptable, but the restaurant schedule was a bit chaotic on Saturday, perhaps due to the large number of guests and tour groups.
