My family and I went on a short getaway to Bao'an for the first time. After extensive research, we finally settled on the five-star Anthea Hotel. The package included breakfast and dinner buffets. The rooms were stylishly decorated, the mattresses comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The bathrooms featured smart toilets and large bathtubs, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The buffets had a wide selection of food, and the staff diligently kept everything clean and stocked. My family loved the grilled steak and fish at the dinner buffet, and the chef's cooking was commendable. The hotel even gave us a birthday cake, which was a nice touch. The pool is a bit small, and in the summer, it can get crowded with people swimming, requiring us to arrive early to get a seat. We recommend that the hotel extend its hours and add more seating. Overall, my three-day, two-night stay was a great experience; being able to enjoy the family together was key.

The hotel's service was very good and courteous, the hotel's cleaning attendant, seeing me in the room washing clothes, specially gave me a pack of laundry detergent, in addition, the hotel knew my birthday that day, specially sent a cake to me, very heartwarming. But the buffet dinner is not ideal, after eating the next day vomiting, next time I have the opportunity to stay in this hotel again, but will not eat buffet dinner.

This is my first time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and polite. The room is large, clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. The buffet dinner and breakfast are also good. There was a minor problem during the stay, but it was resolved quickly. I am very satisfied. It is next to the subway station, which is very convenient. I will definitely bring my family here again!

I met very good front desk staff and room service auntie, and the room was large and comfortable.

Subway stay in hotel, acceptable. Walking location to the hotel, along the way no shelter, the sun shine, along the road no signs, failed, no shopping mall nearby, to take the subway to other shopping malls shopping and food, leisure places lack skills, room shower water power is not enough, overall room plus buffet can be accepted.

The room was spacious and clean near Exit B of the station. The breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious.

Swimming pool is not open every day from 10 am to 4 pm This is very inconvenient After breakfast I want to go swimming after checking out but has closed the pool after check in at 2 pm can not swim Swimming seafood does not seem to be added Breakfast should not come down after nine o'clock to eat a lot of food is not added Overall, it is definitely not suitable for young people and the elderly should be no problem because they are not afraid of boredom

The only downside is the smart control of the room light switch. When there is someone in the room, it automatically turns off all the lights and curtains in the room, which was a bit surprising 😂
