Hakone Ropeway One-Way & Round-Trip Tickets (Kanagawa Prefecture, Hakone)

I purchased round-trip tickets the day before and immediately received an email containing a QR code. I showed it to the staff at the ticket gate. I took the Ropeway from Taoyuantai Station to Owakudani (passing Urako Station, no need to get off), stayed for 45 minutes, then went to Sounzan Station, and returned along the same route. At Owakudani Station, I still had to get off briefly to board the train on the other side. Even with the QR code, there was still a queue. However, the platform might offer coupons and save the time of figuring out how to buy tickets from the machine on-site.

I bought tickets in advance, but there were still a lot of people when I arrived. Remember to go up before 3 pm because the cable car is open until 4 pm. The scenery is beautiful and the cable car is very stable.

No need to exchange tickets, so convenient! Plus, one ticket allows you to visit all the stations! A really great attraction.
