You can try it for the first time when you come to Hong Kong, but it’s a bit boring to go back and forth on the second trip.

If you want to watch the light show, it is recommended to watch it in the square in front of the clock tower. You can't hear music on the boat, the effect is not very good, and the staff on the boat will not tell you the correct location of the light show, so it is easy to miss the opportunity to watch it.
