The hotel is conveniently located near Phoenix Station. The room we were given was large and had good facilities. There are two large shopping malls nearby and a large Hongqiao Park.

New and large room, including buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, $5xx per person, great value for money. The only thing to note is that when eating the buffet dinner was arranged to sit next to the children's play area. The establishment of this area was intended to be good, children can go and play, but there is a ball pool, children take balls and throw each other back and forth. I was hit twice by Bobo. And there is a fire, so if you fall into it, it will be dangerous. Although the staff had given advice, the children threw each other after a while. Some parents ignored the children and no one stopped them. So if you go to the buffet dinner, do not sit next to the children's area. . .

All staff members have a high-quality service attitude. Late check-out on Sunday was quickly arranged. The location is convenient, with two shopping malls a few minutes' walk away. There are also Hongqiao Park and the Art Center nearby. However, the quality of the buffet dinner needs to be improved. The food variety is too limited. There are hot pot ingredients, but only shrimp is edible. There is not even crab. More seafood should be added. The baked oysters have a long queue and are too slow. If this can be improved, full marks will be given.

The room space is large, very clean, the buffet dinner food quality is good, overall is good, the service staff attitude is very polite, personally very satisfied with this trip, will introduce to friends

The only drawback is that the buffet restaurant has a smaller selection of food, especially seafood, which seems to be insufficient.

Cons: 1. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a recurring one, but we couldn't check in until 4:00 PM, two hours later than the usual check-in time, and we couldn't check out late. I felt that wasn't reasonable. 2. The dinner buffet wasn't well organized. The information stated it started at 6:00 PM, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 5:50 PM, there was still a long line, and we weren't seated until 6:00 PM. There was also no separation between customers with reservations and those who purchased tickets on the spot. It was the same line, but if you had a ticket in front of you, you had to wait. This was the first time I encountered this when purchasing a KKDay accommodation and meal package (I've purchased it about five times). Pros: 1. Convenient transportation. You can take the train in Hong Kong and then transfer to the MTR. The hotel is right at the MTR exit. In Lo Wu, both transfers depart from the main station, which helps avoid overcrowding when you board. Alternatively, you can take a direct bus from Hong Kong, which also drops you off right at the hotel entrance, making it very convenient. 2. The surrounding area is quite well-planned. If you enjoy shopping and dining, there are two large shopping malls across from the hotel. According to a hotel staff member, these two malls have over 150 restaurants and two large supermarkets. If you prefer a quieter environment, there are libraries, exhibition halls, theaters, and more within a ten- to fifteen-minute walk of the hotel. Overall, I think the Grand Mercure Guangming is a hotel worth checking out.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The evening buffet was average, with limited options and much room for improvement. However, the surrounding area was nice, with shopping nearby and the Phoenix Metro station nearby, making it very convenient.

The buffet was poor, with a small selection of food, poorly arranged waiters, poorly arranged seats, and was noisy and uncomfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready and we could not check in until around 4pm. Fortunately, the front desk staff (Jade) was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I felt very good.
