We boarded the bus on time, and it took less than an hour to get from Tsuen Wan to Shenzhen Bay. The driver was also very professional and friendly.

Initially, we planned to take the high-speed rail to Shenzhen. There were four of us in the family. After calculating the cost of the Hong Kong airport subway fare plus the high-speed rail fare, it seemed to be almost the same as the cost of hiring a private car. So we chose to book a direct car through KKday. The time was punctual, the driver was very friendly, and the directions from the airport to the waiting area were clear. After being picked up from Hong Kong Airport, I was taken directly through the border to my hotel – it was incredibly convenient! Mr. Wu was very attentive and humorous; we chatted and laughed the whole way, and it was over in no time. It was much more convenient than taking the Airport Express and then the High-Speed Rail. Highly recommended!
