The Google IP address given to me at the meeting point was wrong. The bus to Pompeii at 11:05 on August 16 did not arrive. I contacted customer service at 10:45 and said that they would help me inquire, but later said that I would ask for it myself. I made an emergency call. I couldn't get through the emergency call at all. I'm wondering why you can't just make the emergency call for me? I ended up waiting for an hour. No response at all? As a result, I received an email reply on August 17th this morning, saying that I could meet at the designated location on Google according to this email, so the original location address was simply wrong ~ the entire process.
