The weather was not good and we did not to see Volcano. It was raining hard but the tour guide Was very nice and friendly!

Our guide (Xiao Su) is a very friendly and kind one! He shared a lot about Kyushu to us, especially the cultural history of Kumamoto. He made the trip much more enriching through his explanation and stories. He also gave good recommendations of the speciality in the area.👍 Overall the trip was well-planned and paced. There was sufficient time at most of the places to look around, except maybe for at Kumamoto Castle where it felt quite rush to look through the castle + finish lunch + walk around the shops nearby. Fortunate for our group, we managed to catch the crater of Mt. Aso before it became very cloudy.

Our guide Ms Song was warm and personable, and gave us good background of not only the places we visited but also about the nuances of Japanese culture and day to day life. Good itinerary that covered a range of places that would have been difficult to get to with public transport. Also had sufficient time for the onsen at Kurokawa. Would recommend!

Thankfully weather was good so did some justice to the places we visited. Tour guide (Mr Qiu from Mongolia but had lived in Fukuoka for over a decade) was very attentive & he tried his best to make sure everything was alright. Lunch was buffet style, I would honestly prefer a Japanese course. Nevertheless, you got to choose what you wanted to eat, so fair enough. I gonna visit these places again for sure as the stop was pretty short for each place since we had to cover 3 main attractions. The onsen that I wanted to go at Kurokawa Onsen was closed for private function, so shall make another trip next time. Overall a very pleasant trip!

Tour is in chinese , even i cant understand chinease but the guide try to explain the meeting time and point Kurokawa onsen is beautiful and relax. But time at onsen is a little bit tight ,i only have time for 2 onsen

It was nice that this tour brought us to kumamoto. We got to visit the castle. Unfortunately, it is still in restoration, hence unable to enter the castle itself. We were able to see from far. At Mount Aso, it was foggy that day, which reduce the visibility. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience. The onsen and lunch were good.
