Initially I thought why agent say 10 hours will be tight to cover 3 places which are not too far apart, but it is indeed true. Mark our driver was very good and we were always late in returning back to car because so much to cover at each place, wish we had more time at nami.

Wow! So much fun. We had Mark as our driver and he was very organized. He had the day planned out for us to make sure we saw all 3 sights. Everything is far from Seoul, so it's important to keep on a schedule. Almost a two hour drive to Alpaca World. Def go first thing in the morning so you can catch the alpaca run at 10:10am! It was so cool to see. Afterwards, we were able to feed the alpaca more and walk around to see birds, peacocks, eagles, bunnies, capybara, fennox fox, and chipmunks. Then we headed over to a Korean BBQ place Mark recommended and had reserved for us. It's a big pricier but very good food. I just wish they would cook for you lol. Then the highlight was Gangchon rail bike. That was so much fun and exceeded expectations! It's not super hard to pedal. The tunnels were really cool. Nami island was really cold for us so that was unfortunate.

Jenny brought us to all the places and even ensured we had a good halal lunch location. She took lots of family photos for us as well. She speaks English well.

Great trip overall as it ia almost like private car arrangement even thought we booked carpooling. i really recommend KK DAY as its cheaper than others and seevice is great. very well done

A whole experience from Alpaca World -> Rail Park & Nami Island. The tour gave us plenty of time to walk around the places. He even find halal korean food for me as i’m a muslim. Thankful and great that I found this tour

Redemption was a breeze and driver contacted us 1 day before to confirm pick-up location. Driver was very polite and understanding and can speak both English and Mandarin. Alpaca and rail bike was the best.

We have booked a private day tour. Our tour guide, Mr Cao Dong, was very responsive,responsible, and knowledgeable. His car was very clean, and we had a comfortable ride. We have arranged for the pick up at 8.00am and he ensures that we were able to reach the Alpaca world by 10am to catch the one and only show which starts at 10.10am. Alpaca world was worth a visit and suitable for the children to explore. Gangchon Railbike is a must to visit. It was interesting and fun when you ride through the 4 different theme tunnels. Nami Island, a beautiful island. Overall, we have great experiences with our tour guide.

Our driver was prompt and was very accommodating. She bought our tickets to get some discounts, took our family photos for souvenirs, and gave us tips on how to enjoy our trip. Alpaca world was fun! The alpacas are very unique creatures. The trail bike experience shouldnt be missed. Our kids had a great time. Nami island is beautiful. Should go there during the different seasons.
