The hot air ballon was cancelled due to unfavourable weather. Company informed us earlier by sending us few emails. Prompt actions have been taken. Responsible and efficient company. Will join the tour again if visiting Melbourne next time.

Please wear more clothes, was really cold that area (abt 5deg end of oct). Overall, it was a great experience!! Guide was friendly and breakfast included was really good (includes a glass of champagne)

Everything was good and interesting. Just as I imagined, it required everyone to play together and then work together to pack up the hot air balloon. It felt like my school days. All the staff were very nice and professional. I had a great time trying the hot air balloon ride.

The whole trip was well arranged from the pick-up to the breakfast after the flight. I felt very calm after going up to the sky. I struggled for a long time to get up so early, but it was really worth it👍🏻👍🏻
